1. Scope of Services
OSHONET provides internet services to residential and commercial customers in Begusarai, including broadband connections, leased lines, and static IP configurations.
2. Account Registration and Usage
- Customers must provide accurate information during signup.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree not to resell or share your internet service without prior written consent.
- Unauthorized usage or abuse of the service may lead to suspension or termination.
3. Service Performance and Limitations
- While we strive for 98% uptime, service availability may vary due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control.
- Speeds advertised (up to 300 Mbps) are subject to network conditions, user environment, and equipment compatibility.
- We reserve the right to manage traffic to maintain network stability.
4. Payments and Billing
- All services must be prepaid unless stated otherwise.
- Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension.
- Online recharge is available via our official portal: https://world.oshonet.in/pay/
- Payments are non-refundable except in the event of a prolonged service outage exceeding seven consecutive business days, subject to management approval.
5. Leased Line and Static IP Terms
- Leased lines are dedicated connections with symmetrical speeds and uptime SLAs.
- Static IPs are provisioned upon request and governed by applicable telecom regulations.
- Misuse, including hosting prohibited content or unauthorized access attempts, will result in service termination.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
Users agree not to engage in:
- Illegal activities, including copyright infringement and hacking
- Transmission of malware or unsolicited commercial communications
- Disruption or abuse of network resources
- Any behavior that violates Indian law or TRAI regulations
7. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate service:
- For violations of these Terms
- For non-payment
- For suspected fraud or misuse
- Upon customer request
8. Limitation of Liability
OSHONET is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Service interruptions
- Data loss
- Delays in communication
- Unauthorized access
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the last 30 days.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Begusarai, Bihar.
10. Amendments
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
